By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. ## Service Description Gatekeeper provides: * Call screening * Call routing * Voicemail management * Communication notifications * Emergency call transfer features * Related communication management services ## User Responsibilities Users agree to: * Provide accurate account information * Maintain account security * Use the service lawfully * Comply with applicable laws and regulations Users are responsible for all activity occurring under their account. ## SMS Notifications & Consent By enabling SMS Notifications in your Gatekeeper account settings, you consent to receive transactional text messages from Gatekeeper at the phone number you provide. These messages include: * New incoming call alerts * Missed call notifications * Voicemail notifications * Call transfer notifications * Call summary notifications Gatekeeper does not send marketing, promotional, or advertising messages via SMS. Message frequency varies based on incoming call activity to your screened business line. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any Gatekeeper message or by disabling SMS Notifications in your account settings at https://appgatekeeper.net/setup. Reply HELP to any message for support information. For additional help, contact support@appgatekeeper.net. To re-enable after opting out, reply START or enable the toggle in your account settings. SMS messages are delivered via Twilio. Delivery is subject to carrier network availability and is not guaranteed. Gatekeeper is not responsible for messages delayed or undelivered due to carrier or network issues. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except for aggregators and providers of the text message services. ## Availability Gatekeeper strives to provide reliable service but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Service interruptions may occur due to maintenance, telecommunications outages, internet disruptions, or circumstances beyond our control. ## Limitation of Liability Gatekeeper is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gatekeeper and Nova Labs Digital LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service. ## Suspension and Termination We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that: * Violate these Terms * Abuse the service * Engage in unlawful activity * Create security risks ## Modifications We may modify these Terms periodically.
